Well written

This was purchased as required text for a Health Comm but I thuroughly enjoyed reading it. Well written with lots of information but not too many boring details we don't need. I am impressed with the wealth of information given to us in an easy to read and enjoyable format

Good Book!

Provides a lot of detail about communicating in the health care setting. The new version - 3rd edition - includes a section on the public health crisis and health care reform. There are also chapters addressing diversity and cultural influences on health care.
